Pilot Project Planning Applications Submitted November 2023

15 properties in Chipping have expressed interest progressing as part of a Pilot Project.

7 of the properties require planning permission as each are either impacted by Chipping Conservation Area, Listed building status or access to the public highway or public rights of way. Planning applications have been prepared by Prospus Group Ltd and submitted to the local planning authority Ribble Valley Borough Council (RVBC) in November 2023.
